The new MyUMS Online Contract Tool allows you to create lease contracts on your own (or to let us prepare them for you) and transfer them directly to your tenant's MyUMS-Cockpit. Your tenant can then accept the contract online. Or you can print the contract and send it to your tenant for signing.
